What's your favorite technology gadget and why?

There was this survey in the office intrawebs that asked the question “What’s your favorite technology gadget and why?”

My answer:

For now I have to say my Apple 4th generation iPod touch. It’s practically like an iPhone but without the phone functionality (meaning no carrier contracts needed making it cheaper). It’s a mini portable computer with exceptional ease of use and a great minimalistic UI. Although iOS is not as customizable as the Android, it delivers very well for the most common tasks an average person needs like casual web browsing (and social netwroking via third-party apps), games, music/videos and a bit of photography. It’s a great device if you’re almost always away from your computer.
