Three decades burned...and some updates

I've officially burned up three decades as of 3/15! I wish I have made them count for something. So in another decade, life begins (as the famous adage goes). Moving along...

I haven't been blogging as often as I want to. Even my most active blog - a pet project I really wish would work out - has been adrift in this "cyber-ocean" lately. I feel that there have been no improvements or I'm just getting lazier or I'm just getting I just got older or just busy with stuff. Reasons, reasons and more reasons. Blah. Blah. Blah.

On a plus side, the second week of March found me exploring (the expensive city of) Singapore and some parts of Malaysia. Juggling between coding (very) complex requirements and creating an even (very, very) more complex travel itinerary is no easy feat. But my wife did most of the planning so kudos to her (that's why I love her so much!). Best of all, our group of 6 wannabe backpackers made it back home safe albeit some aching joints (and even bruised pockets). I want to go back to Malaysia to explore; as for Singapore, when I get enough money (it's really expensive there!). I just might post another entry for this recent travel.
